2016 La Dame de Malescot, Margaux

Second wine from this Third Growth Estate. Deep ruby coloured with a nose showing black cherry, blackcurrant and oak. The palate is quite forward, medium to full bodied and packed with fragrant dark berry fruit. The finish shows the tannic structure of the vintage, but in this case is moderately supple.
