Silvery white colour. Very delicate, subtle wine with a pearlescent sheen of white citrus, green melon, white peach and the honeyed fragrance of rock roses. Wraps the palate like a diaphanous stole of silk, tiny silver-lime threads of acidity woven through, glittering here and there as if they’re catching the light. The darting energy of a dragonfly. If this is the result of baby-vine grapes, then this is a vineyard to watch. Sheer loveliness in every mouthful.
