Pale coloured, the nose shows grapefruit, acacia, rhubarb and hints of blackcurrant. The palate is broad textured and elegant, with vibrant acidity and a core of ripe fruit. Long and refreshing on the finish.

Vinous
The 2023 Pouilly-Fumé is green in flavor, with peas and green herbs. It is slightly onion-like and reductive when tasted, although a little longer in the bottle will probably put paid to that. It is full and round, filling the mouth with a sense of tenderness and ease. The finish is gently refreshing with modest length.
