Domaine Jean Sipp

Jean-Jacques Sipp has run this domaine since 1973 and is now assisted by his son, Jean- Guillaume. They own 50 small plots in five villages with a total area of 23 hectares, from which twenty different wines are produced from seven different varieties. Farming follows organic principles, whilst the winemaking is a blend of the old and new, with temperature-controlled tanks for vinification and old wooden tuns for lees-ageing. The variety of flavours across the range and the depth and power of the wines is exceptional.
