Domaine Le Cazal

Located in one of the wildest parts of Minervois, the 18-hectare Domaine Cazal has been run by the Derroja family since 1870. Martine and Claude are the fifth generation of the family to run this high-quality property. Made from truly ancient Carignan and Grenache vines and very old Syrah, the wines from this estate have an aromatic purity allied to aromas of olives and wild thyme that make them among the region’s finest.
