Domaine Masse

The Masse family have been in the area since 1595, but the domaine in its current form came into being at the end of the 19th century when Claude Masse, a cooper, began to grow vines. After the second world war, his son Jean-Baptiste Masse improved the estate, and then he was followed by his son Raymond. Since 2000, his son Fabrice has been at the helm farming 15 hectares of vineyards in Givry, Rully, Mercurey and Montagny, along with plots in St. Véran.
