2018 Newfound Semillon, Napa Valley

This Napa Valley Semillon comes entirely from the Yount Mill Vineyard, a historic vineyard site in the Napa Valley. The wine was aged in a mixture of stainless steel and cigar barrels and one concrete egg for a total of 13 months. Varietally correct with a honey graham cracker aroma, lemon curd, kumquat, tangerine, and a really clean mouthfeel with a touch of waxiness. Dry, creamy, and refreshing.
