Vinous
The 2019 Inversus, the estate’s blend of Merlot and a touch of Sangiovese, is a rich, heady wine. A blast of dark cherry, plum, licorice, menthol, espresso, tobacco and incense makes a strong opening statement. Potent and sumptuous in the glass, with tons of fruit intensity and a long finish, Inversus is quite the powerhouse. It’s a beautifully done wine, in this style.
