Vinous
Hailing from the richer soils of Marlborough’s southern valleys, the 2021 Pinot Noir is round, sweet and suave. It is a baby of a Pinot Noir, showing primary fruit and plump juiciness. It has ripe strawberry and cherry fruit, a touch of oak-derived toast, and an herbal spice derived from one-third whole bunch fermentation. It’s very young but with its gentle structure, it can be approached now to 2028.
