2022 Crozes-Hermitage Blanc, Domaine Etienne Pochon

Rich lemon coloured with a nose of dried stone fruits and apple, with floral notes. The palate is medium bodied with a rich texture and flavours of preserved apple, dried pineapple and peach. Dry yet soft, the finish is long and develops some savoury notes. Trout, perch. Goes well with grilled bream and with roasted chicken.
