The 2022 Vacqueyras Les 2 Monardes represents a significant step up from the 2021 I tasted last year. Vinified from certified organic and hand-harvested grapes, the 2022 displays ripe strawberry, red plum and licorice paired with meaty undertones. Medium to full-bodied and distinctively elegant, the balanced 2022 wraps up with a juicy finish of moderate duration.
