Glenfarclas 25 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70CL)
Glenfarclas 25 Year Old is a classic Speysider, showing all the lovely sherry character we love from Glenfarclas. Although it spends all its life in Oloroso sherry casks, it is less of a sherry bomb than the 15 Year Old, which is a classic of the genre.
Amber with dark gold highlights in colour. Complex, yet refined nose, with tempting aromas of marmalade, honey, freshly ground coffee, sherry and nuts. Full-bodied, robust nose with sherry and oak fighting for attention, yet neither overpowering. Intense, long lasting, dry and malty finish, with a tickle of dark chocolate rounding out this dram.
