Potocki is a fantastic Polish vodka made using locally-grown rye near to the distillery in central Poland. Double distilled and unfiltered, it is a very elegant vodka with all the character of the rye coming through nice and clear: rye bread, malted barley, a touch of digestive biscuit and light, fresh fruit. Drink chilled instead of frozen, so that all the flavour comes through.
